If you’re after a more grown-up Phoenix pool party, however, you can find those as well. Several bars, resorts and hotels around Valley sport sparkling pools, private cabanas and awesome music so you can enjoy an outdoor adventure in style. Here are some of the best places to immerse yourself.

All are welcome at this funky oasis located in the middle of downtown Scottsdale. Just show up on Friday or Sunday to get in free (Saturdays and holidays are reserved for guests). On Fridays, pop-rock band Elvis Before Noon plays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., with food and drink specials – including $16 beer pails – from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For guests, Scottsdale favorite DJ P-Body performs most Saturdays from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and there are a rotation of fun drink specials each weekend.

Ready for a wild time? The pool at the Maya Day + Night Club claims to be the biggest Vegas-style pool party in Arizona. It hosts well-known party DJs like Steve Aoki, Diplo and Kaskade to name a few. The pool opens 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Fridays, noon Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday, and noon to 7 p.m. Sundays.
