You don’t have to go to Hollywood to see a walk of fame. As long as you are in the Greater Phoenix area just head on down to Hotel San Carlos, which built their own walk of fame 65 years after opening. The walk was built in 1993 and runs outside the hotel down Monroe Street and Central Avenue. The walk was built to honor many of the stars that had stayed at the hotel in the previous 65 years of business including Clark Gable and Mae West. The Hotel San Carlos is also on of the few hotels in Phoenix that local residents and hotel guests claim is actually haunted.
