There are two large (1+ acre) enclosures here which enables alternate usage to keep the grass green. Because of that, there is no separate area for small or timid dogs.
The park was built on top of an old Chandler landfill, north of Ocotillo Rd. west side of McQueen Rd. You can see evidence of this in the tires used to barricade portions of the park.
The dog park is open every day from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. On Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. the park is closed to allow for maintenance.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed in dog parks in Chandler.
