Mighty Mud Mania

Temperatures continue to climb in the Valley of the Sun, but that shouldn’t keep you inside. Head out and eat roasted local sweet corn, cool off in the mud, plan a wedding or do any of the other things on this list.

If you are outside, however, make sure you know how to keep yourself safe from things like heat exhaustion.
