This Scottsdale off leash dog park is a decent 2/3 of an acre. The park offers a shade structure and a people/dog drinking fountain. There are trees to add extra shade and some benches where the pet owners can sit.

Horizon Park prohibits anyone under 16 years old be permitted without an adult. The park opens at sunrise and closes at sunset and is additionally closed for maintenance on Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
