The Fiesta Marketplace is put on by El Encanto Restaurants. Admission is free to the public and each marketplace gathering is advertised at each of El Encanto’s three valley locations.
The gathering includes fresh and local produce including fruits and vegatables, grain fed beef, pork, chicken and occasionally fish. You can also find local craft booths as well as bottled products like salsa and jelly.
