When Penelope Toop, a former actress marries Rev. Lionel Toop, outrage erupts in their small English town. Throw in a cockney maid who has seen too many American movies, four men in clergyman suits (one of which is disguised as an escaped prisoner), mistaken identity, and a sedate Bishop and you will be left breathless, with plenty of laughs throughout this fast tempo show.
