Event Details

The annual Pow Wow sees Native American tribes and families gather in a time of singing, drumming and dancing in traditional colorful outfits. For non-participants it provides a fascinating glimpse into another culture, plus the traditional food for sale is really good.

However, please note that despite the festival-like atmosphere, it is an important spiritual and cultural event. If you do attend, make sure to treat the proceedings with honor and respect. In fact, be sure to read the basic rules to follow. We also recommend you read the history and explanation of the event’s proceedings.

The Pow Wow takes place Friday to Sunday, April 21-23 at the ASU Band Practice Field. Tickets cost $8 for adults, $6 for students, and a three-day pass costs $20. Visitors under 6 and over 60 are free.
