Arizona Science Center

The Arizona Science Center gives a hands-on lesson in fun. Equipped with a planetarium, IMAX Theatre and continually updated scientific exhibits, the center makes a huge hit with children and adults.

Enjoy more than 300 interactive displays on biotechnology, human psychology, magnetism and a whole host of other captivating topics. Watch daily live demonstrations on everything from how to make fire to the secrets of liquid nitrogen.

Take advantage of the Center’s Create area, which provides space, equipment and instruction for art and science projects, including 3-D printers, a CNC router, sewing machines and more.

Hours: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily
Cost: $18 adults, $13 ages 3-17, Free for 2 and under. Theater, Planetarium and some exhibits cost extra.
