A stay at a tropical resort might be magical, but at some point you need to return home to reality. Unless, of course, you drop $18 million on this mansion in Paradise Valley.

According to Realtor.com, the original — and current — owners decided they loved the Grand Wailea Hotel in Maui, HI, so much that they wanted to live there. To that end, they purchased an extra lot behind their home and created a 4.5-acre paradise.

At the heart of the massive backyard sits the 180,000-gallon lazy river. Propelled by jet turbines, it will gently carry you to a waterslide, rope swing, splash pad and a dedicated water volleyball area. Of course, there’s also a land-based volleyball court too.

Cabanas and other amenities on the property can host up to 150 guests for the pool party to end all pool parties.

On the rare occasions you aren’t in the water, the 15,000 square foot mansion offers seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It also includes a theater room, 3,000-bottle wine cellar, garage complex and everything else you’d expect for the $18 million price tag.
