20th Annual Christmas Mariachi Festival

Also performing, legendary Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán, originally formed in Jalisco in 1898, as well as Mariachi Sol de Mexico de Jose Hernandez, America’s premier mariachi group and the Mariachi Cielo de Mexico.
The Spectacular Christmas Mariachi Festival was established on December 5, 1992. The production has become a yearly holiday tradition for the Southwest and an important calendar event during the christmas season.
The greatest mariachis in the world have performed at the event since its inception. Headliners have included Alejandro Fernandez, Pepe Aguilar, Pedro Fernandez, Veronica Castro, Vikki Carr, Jose Feliciano, and many, more.
The event has played to capacity crowds at its proud home since 1992, US Airways Center (Formerly America West Arena).
The event features an amazing spectacle with performances by hundreds of Ballet Folklorico Dancers and Youth Mariachis celebrating the colorful pageantry of the Mexican posadas. Each year there is a moving tribute to Our Lady of Guadalupe who is serenaded by the greatest mariachis on earth at the Spectacular Christmas Mariachi Festival.
